Zarine worked in project management, training and learning/development for 18 years until 2001, based in India, Canada and the UK. As an independent practitioner, she now specializes in leadership development & culture change, focusing on executive coaching and building coaching capability, intercultural competence, ethics & corporate integrity, and high performing teams. She is an experienced coach and facilitator who works across sectors. Zarine is passionate about providing learning and development that equips people with practical solutions that they can apply in the ‘real world’.
